The Kirchner Solar Group informs about additional income opportunities for farmers by leasing their roof tops. / Furthermore the company offers tracking systems and off-grid solutions for agricultural environments.
Alheim-Heinebach, November 17, 2011. On the occasion of the Agritechnica, the world’s number one trade fair for agriculture in Hannover, the Kirchner Solar Group informed about solar installations on hall rooftops and shared investment models for PV systems. In the course of the implementation of such a model, the company handles the complete process of the project for their client – from the planning phase to the activation of the solution. Thereby agriculturists can generate additional income by offering their halls or stable roofs for leasing. Moreover, Kirchner Solar developed its own photovoltaic tracking systems which allow the multiple use of open spaces or conversion areas for example – provided the installation is in line with the German feed-in tariff regulations. Also the solar_home_systems, the off-grid solutions of the company, can be implemented in agricultural environments. They give consumers with low energy consumption access to electricity without a connection to the grid. In the context of participation models, Kirchner Solar as the planner of the project takes over all relevant tasks, including consulting, planning and support to obtain the installation permission as well as support for building the system, activating the operation and maintaining it. The company profits from established, long-term partnerships, for example regarding the construction work and for building stables for farm animals. Photovoltaic roof installations are particularly suitable for laying hen stables, other cattle sheds or agricultural halls with large roof tops with over 700 square meters. |
